Every item at Wickitfun is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. Because of this, please allow [2–5] business days for your order to be printed and prepared before it ships.

Shipping Times
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

US domestic: [3–7] business days
International: [7–20] business days, depending on destination and customs processing
Total time from order to delivery is usually [5–12] business days for US orders. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delays
Custom/holiday-themed items (like our Halloween and Christmas designs) may see longer processing times during peak seasons. Weather, customs, and carrier delays are outside our control, but reach out to us at [support email] if your order seems significantly delayed and we'll look into it.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — since items are made specifically for you, we're unable to redirect an order once production has started. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
